Using AI is easy. Applying it sensibly is the hard part. This track is for people who care what the technology does to the humans on the other side of it: bias and inclusion, explainability and trust, the governance around it, and the organisational change it takes to make any of that stick.
This track is aimed at leaders, policymakers, ethicists, designers, implementers, educators and organisations working on responsible adoption: the people who have to weigh what a system does well against what it does to the people it touches.
The speakers are experts and practitioners who connect ethics, governance and human factors to practical implementation. Not principles in the abstract, but what they changed about a design, a dataset, a process or a decision, and whether it held up in the real world.
Seven talks, or a deliberate mix of talks and panels where the discussion earns its place.
We are looking for experts and practitioners who can tie ethics, governance and human factors to something that actually shipped: a design choice, a dataset, a policy, a way of working.
The uncomfortable trade-offs are the interesting part. Submit your proposal for aiGrunn 2026 and join a lineup of speakers from across the Netherlands and beyond.
